Run by Oisín Wolfe with a rotating menu of classic and signature cocktails built around rum, cachaça, agave, and pisco, plus outstanding small plates including pork belly, fish tostadas and Peruvian fried chicken. One of the most exciting bar openings in Munster in recent years.
